The Guardian: Cocktail of the week: kümmel and gin combine to stunning effect in the herbalist

The slighly medicinal caraway and cumin notes in the kümmel marry beautifully with the botanicals in the gin. Serves one.
2.5cm piece fresh celery, plus a thin ribbon shaving to garnish
30ml London dry gin
15ml kümmel
20ml lemon juice
Muddle (ie, bash) the celery in the base of a cocktail shaker, add the remaining ingredients and hard shake over ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a thin ribbon of celery.
