The Times of London: How to make the perfect G&T?

50ml Hepple gin
Grapefruit wedge
Basil leaves
150ml Fentimans tonic

Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in the gin. Squeeze over a little of the grapefruit and drop that in too, along with some torn basis leaves. Top up with the tonic and give it a good stir. Refresh, repeat.
