The Times of London: Corbyn rebels take to drink

Jeremy Corbyn welcomed Labour's London mayoral candidate, Sadiq Khan, to his Islington constituency over Easter. After canvassing, thirsty volunteers went to a local pub but were lectured about it by their leader. “You can't drink here“, Corbyn said. “Wetherspoons don't like the traveller community.“ Instead, he pointed them to an organic café. The vounteers assured Mr Corbyn they would meet him there once they had finished their drinks. They proved as rebellious as his MPs, though, and stayed in the pub all afternoon while Jezza presumabl drank ginseng and mung bean tea on his own.
